The original 2015 hanok-set Fritz store in Dohwa, the seal-mascot specialty roaster whose beans you taste all over Korea.
Fritz roasts its own coffee and supplies it wholesale across Korea, so the Dohwa branch is the original of a chain you have probably already drunk without knowing.
The bakery is part of the proposition, with scones, cheese cream buns, and pour-over coffee by award-winning baristas.
The store sits in a renovated hanok behind the Best Western hotel near Mapo Station, branding built on a fur-seal mascot and Hangul lettering as part of what the founders call a Korean vintage concept.
Opened in 2015 by six friends including a barista-championship team and a baker.
Other Fritz branches in Wonseo, Yangjae, and Hapjeong.
