Pont Coffee

A specialty roaster pouring espresso and filter from its own beans, with a small selection of pastries.
The shop occupies a slim, longitudinal space that once served as a railway office in the 1940s and a connecting passage between two streets.
Studio Stof's renovation kept the existing brick, metal, and wood while layering in terracotta floor tiles and a long wooden bar that runs the length of the room.
The name "Pont" is French for bridge, a nod to both the building's original role and the owner's framing of coffee as a connector.
